The togepi egg of platinum

Literally a few minutes ago Cynthia gave me the egg on my platinum. I know that it will eventually hatch into a Togepi. However does this Togepi hint to a GS remake or does it hint to their not being a GS remake.

It could be hint for GSDS because Togepi is given in GS
it could be saying there wont be a GSDS because on GS you get a togepi and if you are already getting one, will l there be any need.

So cast your votes. Do you think that Togepi means there will be GSDSor not!

i think it doesnt
they needed to put togepi in the game to finish the sinnoh dex
togepi is a egg pokemon sow hy not have it in a egg

well if it is just there to finish the sinnoh dex, that would mean it would need to finish the johto dex too. That actually proves more to the GSDS happening side!!!

togepi is in the sinnoh dex
togepi is in the johto region
togepi is the egg pokemon

we need to have togepi to finish the sinnoh dex in platinum
we need togepi to get togetic and togekiss

johto remakes arent even confirmed yet
johto remakes might happen and if they do then there will probally be an egg for togepi on its own
johto remakes might not have it, if so then they can just trade it

its a egg pokmeon, that u get in a egg, in a game where u need it
ok????
so it it was a pokemon from the hoenn region would that mean a hoenn remake is next??

Well LG and FR could trade with RSE till LG and FR got the national dex. The same would probably happen with GSDS. Which could mean that if Togepi is the egg Pokemon, it could be received in Johto too. Im actually swaying more to the fact that this makes it more likely to have GSDS!

I still stand by my post from long ago because you get a Togipi in every pokemon game except s/r/e where you get a Wynut

but that fact would actually support the idea of GSDS

well we all have our thoughts! i just hope GSDS will happen and with the DSI comin out, people who dont have ds/lite anymore will need to get pokes that can only be got via pal park of dual slot method, and most of them are gen2 so GSDS will help!
