my friend has a level 100 ho-oh i hear if you use thunder on pokemon that use fly the accuaracy for thunder is improved

that isnt true. thunder accuracy can be boosted if it is raining tho

and i started searching
i found that thunder has better chance of not missing when a pokemon flys
and the power increases when it rains
but im not sure if it is entirely true

thunder will always miss if a pokemon flies. only sky uppercut and i think sky attack can hit a pokemon who uses fly!

thunder's accuracy rises in the rain
water moves are the one that are boosted in the rain!

also thunder has an accuracy boost in the rain tho. i remember things saying that
but i can see common sence of it hitting flyers. after all they are in the air close to the thunder and zappppp! yay!
i guess thunder needs a lot of support due to it's low accuracy and this stuff helps it.
now if only they helped sheer cold...........
